Delivery & Returns
When will my order ship?
Orders are currently dispatched within 3-5 business days (weekends & holidays excluded). This means that your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within this timeframe, not delivered.
We always prioritise quality over speed when it comes to our services and during busier periods this time may be longer.
Delivery times (from dispatch) :
- Royal Mail First Class – 1-2 days
- Special Delivery – 1 day
- Second Class – 2-3 days
- International: 10-14 days
Are there additional costs upon delivery (customs, duties, taxes)?
Sometimes there may be additional charges on delivery depending on where your item is being shipped from and where you are located. We cannot be responsible for any additional import charges imposed by your country's import laws. This is outside of our control and unfortunately we cannot know or predict what additional charges may be due on delivery. Please note that if you are required to pay any additional charges at the door, these will be your responsibility.
What is your returns policy?
Please note that returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or damage caused during delivery.
If you have received the wrong item, incorrect engraving or of unsatisfactory quality, we will replace the item upon receipt of satisfactory photo evidence or receipt and inspection of your product.
Incorrect engravings caused by providing incorrect or misspelled information will not be eligible.
Returning process:
- Contact Customer Service to confirm returning an item/order.
- Your refund for the returned items (shipping fee excluded) will be processed through once the package have been received back at our warehouse.
My order has been returned to sender, what happens now?
If your order has been returned to sender, please contact Customer Service. Please note that you will need to pay a reshipment fee before your order is resent.
My order was shipped but never arrived. What do I do now?
If your order was shipped out but never arrives, please let us know ASAP. We can either send a replacement or refund the missing item(s) (minus shipping fees). Issues that are not brought to our attention within 90 days of the original ship date will not qualify for a refund and will need to pay a reship fee to have the order resent.
If your delivery address was entered incorrectly at the time of purchase, you will be charged a reshipment fee to have a package resent to you.
Where are the orders shipped from?
Our orders are manufactured and packed in the UK.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries around the world, with the exception of countries where we are prohibited from shipping due to international agreements and shipping restrictions.
